Fort McMurray, AB—Ecole St. Paul School received a $2,500 donation from CLAC as part of the union’s Building Communities Together program.

The organization was nominated by Connie Bonney who is a member of CLAC Local 301 employed by Save-On-Foods.

“Ecole St. Paul Elementary School provides a range of high quality programing that meets the academic, cultural, and spiritual needs of its community,” says Connie. “The breakfast and lunch program provides many children with a nutritious meal. With the current state of the economy and the fires in Fort McMurray, this donation allows many families facing financial obstacles the opportunity to take advantage of this program. This donation will also go towards upgrading the main drinking fountain at the school.”
